Pregnancy Assistance Center North opened for service in 1987. In 2004, we became a medical clinic.
Our mission is to provide practical help, encouragement and supportive services to youth and families who are experiencing an unintended pregnancy or think they could be pregnant.
Women and men often come to PACN initially for free pregnancy tests and/or sexually transmitted disease (STD) testing.
Trained peer counselors meet one-on-one with clients. Peer counselors listen and offer life-affirming resources and referrals and accurate information on clients’ choices. Follow-up services are available.
PACN is a 501(c)3 Christian organization supported solely through the generous gifts of individuals, churches and small businesses. We are a member of the financial accountability group, Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability (ECFA).

The Administrative Offices and the “It’s All Good” thrift store are located with the Conroe Center. “It’s All Good, Too!” Family Resale Shop is located @ 4735 Louetta Road in Spring TX (at the corner of Kuykendahl & Louetta in the Village Green Shopping Center).
